| The APC's Publication scheme provides that from 1 February 2004 published material will include background papers attached to the Agenda for meetings taking place after that date except for individual licence applications referred to the Committee by the Home Office and draft reports of working groups, sub-committees and the main committee on which work is still in progress. Information contained in such papers may be withheld or edited if it contains material that it is confidential or commercially sensitive, where publication would involve the publication of personal information about a third party or might put their health or safety at risk or where publication for some other reason would be against the public interest. Please click on the bulleted number of the APC paper below in order to access it. In some cases these papers are incomplete, usually because one or more of the annexes were not available electronically. If you would like a paper copy of any missing annex, please contact the APC Secretariat (apc.secretariat@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk).
